POLICIES, TERMS & DISCLAIMERS

The nature of divination and holistic healing mean that nothing is guaranteed.  You are in control of your own actions and reactions to what is happening in your life.  Your decisions and actions are what dictate your future events.

Please do NOT make any major life decisions based solely on the information you receive in a reading or guidance session.

Please note that holistic healing is NOT a substitute for medical guidance and support.  I am not a physician or medical intuitive.

Readings are meant to be for entertainment purposes only.

Healing sessions are meant to complement professional health care.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

REMOTE SESSIONS:

Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive a payment request.  Payments should be completed immediately upon receipt.  Payments must be completed prior to your appointment.

** some sessions require immediate payment to complete the booking process.

IN PERSON SESSIONS:

You have the option to pay in cash for in person appointments.  Pre-payment is not required for in person sessions. 

If you are a no-show for your in person appointment, you will be required to pay in full before when booking your next in person appointment.

CANCELLATION should be requested no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you have completed your pre-payment, you will be able to reschedule your session. 

If you are a no call / no show for your appointment but have pre-paid, the session will be considered as a completed session, and no refund will be provided to you.  If you contact to reschedule after this time window is closed, you can receive a 50% credit toward your reschedule.

REFUNDS

There are absolutely no refunds for services that have been provided to you.

If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour prior to period, you are eligible to receive a refund in full or to reschedule your appointment.

SERVICE REFUSAL:

I reserve the right to refuse to work with you with no explanation of my reason.  If I am refusing to work with you, I will advise you during the booking process that your appointment has not been accepted and you are not allowed to reschedule with me.

PRIVACY:

I will never sell your information to any third party.

I will never disclose what is discussed during your session with anyone other than you.

PHONE RECORDINGS:

The third party service I use to record phone sessions will keep your recording for 18 months.  I do not keep a copy.

VIDEO RECORDINGS:

Video sessions are not recorded unless you specifically request the recording.  Recordings are kept by the third party for 12 months.  I do not keep a copy.

AURA PHOTOS / AURA HEALING SESSIONS:

These images are kept digitally for a minimum of 12 months unless you request that I delete the image during your session.  If you lose your print out, a digital image can be provided to you over email during that 12 month period.  After 12 months, the images are deleted from my hard drive unless you specifically request that I save them for a longer period of time.
